Why Hand Washing is  So Important?

None of the students, kids, Children Do that when their parents say  them to wash their hands before eating, after using the bathroom, or when they come inside from playing.

But it's a message worth repeating -  washing hand is by far the best way to keep childs from being sick and prevent the spread of germs.


How Does Germs Spread to body?

Some ways that Germs can Spread ways, including:

-- through contaminated water and food
-- during  released a cough or sneeze through droplets in the air
-- contaminated surfaces
-- touching by dirty hands
-- changing dirty diapers
-- person's body fluids who is attracted by Disease.
Some time children can come into contact with germs, they can become infected just by touching their nose, eyes,  or mouth.
 And once they're infected, it's usually just a matter of time before the whole family comes down with the same illness.


How Do Clean Hands Help to our Health?

Washing hand with good technique  is the first line of defense against the spread of many illnesses - from the common cold to more
serious infections, such as meningitis,  the flu, hepatitis A,bronchiolitis, and many types of diarrhea.


What's the Best Way to Wash Hands?

Some of people including with us don't know how to wash our hands and how to teach to kids to wash their hand .
Here's how to scrub those germs away. Teach this to your children - or better yet, washing our hands together with them
often sothey learn how important this good habit is:

Wash your hands in warm water. Make sure the water isn't too hot for little hands.
Use lather,soap or Ash  up for about 20 seconds (antibacterial soap isn't necessary -any kinds of soap will do).
Make sure you get in between the fingers and under the nails where germs like to hang out. And don't forget the wrists!
Rinse and dry well with a clean towel.

When Should Kids Wash Their Hands?

To stop the spread of germs in your family, make regular hand washing a rule for everyone, especially:


-- after using the Toilet & bathroom
-- after cleaning around the house and Garden
-- after touching animals, including family pets like dog, cat and others,
-- before and after visiting or taking care of any sick friends , member or relatives
-- after blowing one's  coughing, nose, or sneezing
-- before eating and cooking
-- after being outside (playing games, gardening around, walking with dog, etc.)
Why Don't underestimate the power of hand washing?  The few seconds you spend at the sink could save you trips to the doctor's office.
